Responsibilities:
• 5-6+ years' experience in Siebel Marketing, UCM, Sales and Service
• 5-6+ years' experience in Siebel Tools 7.x and higher
• Experience with Oracle and SQL server database desired
• Experience with Fusion desired
• Experience creating Service requests with Oracle Support
• Experience with Siebel UCM desired
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Must have configuration experience with Siebel Workflows and Business Services
- Must have experience with Siebel scripting
- Must have experience with Siebel EAI, Integration objects
- Must have a good understanding of Siebel data model
