Position:: Business Analyst with P&C and Workers Compensation
Location:: Woodland Hills, CA
Duration:: 1+ year
Note:- H1B/ EAD copy required at the time of submission.
Skills required :-
1. Strong knowledge and experience in P&C Insurance domain.
2. Knowledge of BA deliverables and SDLC methodology
3. Good experience in P&C Policy Admin. System, Claims and Workers Compensation
4. Conceptual knowledge of Enterprise Technology and Architecture
5. Expertise in creating standard BA artifacts like context diagrams, use-cases, screen specifications, screen-mock-ups, Interface specifications, forms/report specifications
6. Excellent communication skills along with ability to facilitate meetings Business and IT stakeholders
7. Collaborate with user experience, business groups, outsourced development team, project management, and executive management teams throughout the project lifecycle
8. Frequently communicate with internal customers, end-users and managers on project progress and issue resolution
9. Conduct JAD sessions
10.IIBA certification preferred
