We have an urgent requirement for our client based in Durham, NC

Role : Sr System Analyst

Location : Durham, NC

Duration : 12 Months

No. Of Positions : 2

Responsibilities

· Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.

· Prior System Analysis experience on multi tracks project is desirable

· 7+ years' experience working on high criticality projects

· Experience in financial services industry is desirable

· Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing systems.

· Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.

· Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide support and troubleshooting of systems

· Coordinate application development for multiple projects.

· Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.

· Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.

Technical Skills

· Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.

· Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user support.

· Good exposure in Data Base design in Oracle/Mainframe

· Proficient in system documentation writing.
