We have an urgent requirement for our client based in Morrisville, NC

 

Role : Production Support

Location : Morrisville, NC

Duration : 12 Months

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Provide Level1 and Level 2 operational support for non-production environment

·         Investigate and Fix system generated alerts

·         Monitor and fix batch cycle issues in non-production environment

·         Investigate and Fix user raised incidents

·         Perform deployments in non-production environments

·         Understand environment provisioning process and different teams involved

·         Plan and Coordinate database refresh activities in non-production

 

Required Skills

 

·         Should have strong experience in UNIX & Shell Scripting

·         Should have working experience on either Autosys or Control-M

·         Demonstrated experience in supporting production or non-production environments for application built on technology components Java, Tomcat, Oracle, Informatica

·         Nice to have working experience of any continuous integration tool like Jenkins, AnthillPro, udeploy
