Position               : Testing Engineer (Banking)

Location               : Mount Laurel, NJ

Duration              : 3-6 Months

Experience         : 3-5 YEARS

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

 

·         Application testing experience in the Banking domain

·         At-least one portfolio of Banking Prior experience in Requirements elicitation, test case design, test execution and test management of defects through to resolution

·         Hands-on use of Quality Center for Test Management

·         Knowledge and experience in use of tools to improve product quality and productivity

·         Experience in QTP and Test Automation is a PLUS but not MANDATORY

·         Good communication skills and good team player

 

Application Testing

·         Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.

·         Develops and executes software test plans.

·         Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.

·         Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.

·         Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.

·         Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.

·         Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment.

·         Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance.

·         Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise.

·         Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

·         Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.

·         Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

 

Banking Domain

·         Should have good functional understanding of Retail Banking or Corporate Banking or Investment Banking.

·         Should be able to define and document the process.

·         Should investigate the stated and unstated needs, document it and obtain sign off on business requirement.

·         Should be able to prepare Functional Test cases and assist in Functional Testing

 

Core Banking

·         Good knowledge of banking business technology landscape and geo variations

·         Understanding on various players in the industry and interdependencies / geo variations if any(e.g. Third Party Service Providers, Regulators etc..)

·         Awareness of overall banking & financial services industry regulatory environment

·         Have exposure to core banking systems (e.g. Flex cube, Financle, T24 etc ..)

·         Good knowledge of overall banking & financial services industry regulatory environment

 

 

Corporate Banking

·         Appreciation of corporate banking products & services (e.g. LC, BG, Loans etc ..)

·         Appreciation of key corporate banking processes (e.g. Trade Finance, etc..)

·         Awareness of corporate banking specific regulatory environment and standards

 

Test Management Tool

 

Mainframe

 

 

 

Position               : Cloud Computing

Location               : Albuquerque, NM

Duration              : 3-6 Months

Experience         : 5-8 YEARS

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

 

·         Very Good Knowledge & Experience in Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010 and Office 365 service

·         Able to convert idea s into creative solution architecture diagram with low level design document and configuration parameters

·         Experience in building Hybrid environment with Office 365 and integration with on-premise environment.

·         Also have experience in creating and configuring Office 365 tenants

·         Should have an understanding on Single Sign On service using Microsoft ADFS

·         Experience in using Microsoft Native migration tool for data migration from on-premise to Office 365 environment
