Details of Position:

• The Sr. QA Analyst executes Information Services (I.S.) Quality Assurance (QA) processes with moderate guidance.
• She/he identifies problems, generates alternatives, and recommends solutions within defined processes.
• She/he collaborates effectively with QA team members, application developers, software vendors, consultants, user communities, and test environment technical support staff in the execution of testing procedures. This position supports testing efforts of small to medium complexity.
• The Quality Assurance Tester is knowledgeable of the key processes and technology within the business functions he/she supports.
• The Sr. QA Analyst reports to the QA Lead.

 

Management Skills:

• Demonstrates understanding of implementation objectives, project plan, and one's role within a project; participates in the implementation of a project; provides
• timely, thorough and concise updates for area of responsibility; identifies areas of risk and properly communicates them to the project manager.
• Understands the general project management concepts of risk management based on type and phase of projects, programs or PMO support required.
