Description:		Organization: CGI Job Title: ETL Architect Job Category: Information Technology Job Type: Contract 6 months+ Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States No.Openings: 1 Rate: 55/hr C2C All Inclusive Send resumes to prasad@smtworks.com Description: ETL Architect ETL Architect – HealthCare, Data Warehousing background • Serves as an expert resource on matters of ETL architecture, design in all phases of data warehouse and data mart development, implementation and support. • Experience in ETL architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, data mining, data entity analysis, logical and relational data base design • Works with the Business Subject Matter Experts to understand and define data management policies including enterprise naming and definition standards, specification of business rules, data quality analysis, standardized calculations and summarization definitions, and retention criteria. • Ensure logical data model and other data artifacts are consistent, accurate, flexible and scalable. • Collaborate across IT and business to ensure data artifacts meet requirements of upstream and downstream claim processing needs. • Ensure all artifacts comply with enterprise standards and governance. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED (What skills/experiences must this person have to even be considered?) • Experience with ETL Architecture and Expertise in defining the frameworks for ETL process • Experience with Informatica, Oracle, Data Modeling Tool - Erwin • Expert in database design and data modeling • Hands on technical experience with Oracle and Erwin • Technical expertise in data architecture, data management standards and artifact for Data Warehouse and Operational Data Stores (ODS) • Expertise in dimensional modeling, star schema and snow flake • Experience in Health Care industry a must • Competent to work at the highest level of all technical phases • Ability to successfully work within multiple requirements, design, and development approaches and methodologies (agile, iterative, waterfall, etc.) and the teams spread across multiple locations • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills • Self-motivated • Self-learner Required qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least seven or more years' experience in data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, data mining, data entity analysis, logical and relational data base design, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES Thanks and have a nice day! ____________________________ Vara Prasad SmartWorks, LLC… a division of 55 Carter Drive, Suite 107, Edison, NJ 08817 USA E-Mail: prasad@smtworks.com www.smtworks.com
