Job Title: selenium and Java Tester

Location: Beaverton - Oregon

 Position Type: Contract

Duration:  6+ months

Client: Wipro

No of Positions- 5

Rate: $48/hr on C2C

 

Job Description:

SUITe Skill(s)

Skill1 - Test Automation (L3)

·         Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools.

·         Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client.

·         Should be capable to create the required automationframework to the client.

 

Skill2 - Web Testing (L3)

·         Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalisation and Localization testing will be an added advantage

 

Skill3 - Application Testing (L3)

·         Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and

·         should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.

·         Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Trace ability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.

·         Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

Additional Skill(s)

Skill1 - Core Java (L1)

Should be aware of the following concepts of Core Java.

1) Fundamental concepts (JVM, Java environment, primitive types, references, pass by value, packages, imports, JAR concepts, command line arguments, system properties, assignments, expressions, operators, exception handling

2) Declarations, Initializations and Scoping

3) Flow Control - Usage of for loop, switch, if, while;

4) API Contents of String related classes

5) Awareness of Concurrency Concepts

6) Object oriented concepts (Class, Methods, Access specifiers, Inheritance, Abstract classes, Interfaces

7) Awareness of Collection Framework.
