Above 5+ years for experience in J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Core Java ?? Should have good experience in J2EE web development applications ?? Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills ?? Strong knowledge of SDLC and Usage of tools, IDEs during each phase SDLC phase ?? Hands on experience debugging complex problems 4> Experience Above 5+ years of experience in above requested technologies
