Job description

Expert with Kronos Workforce Central Versions 5.0,5.1,5.2 and 6.0,6.1.

Familiar with WFC Version 6.3 and 7.0.

Expert in Kronos System Administration.

Expert in applying application upgrades, service pack updates, and applying break/fix changes to Kronos.

Technical knowledge of Kronos, resourcefulness, and ability to resolve problems.

Experienced engaging Kronos Support to research and resolve issues .

Skilled in Troubleshooting Application Servers and Connection issues to Database.

Experienced in using Setup Data manager to copy WFC setup data between databases.

Effective in using Kronos DCM, and programming of 4500, and 480 Terminals, to initialize and send clock configuration.

Experienced in both Standard and Calculated Accrual profiles and assignments .

Proficient in Labor Levels and Labor Account Setup and entries
