Job Title: Oracle SCM Developer
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 3-6 Months contract
Job Description:-
Responsible for Deliverables / Activities Provide Input on P&A Deliverables
Manage track resources & develop track workplan
Provide external perspective on the business process flow and software requirements (as counter-balance to vendor consultant)
Promote ways to leverage off-the-shelf capabilities as much as possible / avoid custom work
Plan and facilitate workshop sessions
Work with the other track leads, business process lead, product management lead, and applied architect to confirm a complete and coherent business process and solution design is put in place * Fit Gap Analysis
Key Design Decisions
Business Process Flows
High Level User Stories
Deployment, Testing, & Conversion Approaches
Required Skills:-
Oracle Retail – Advanced Inventory Planning (Advanced)
Oracle Retail – Replenishment Optimization (Proficient)
Resource must be comfortable in facilitating meetings / working sessions / workshops that can have 15-20 people present and include business people. Must be able to clearly explain how the solutions work out of the box and present that information / give examples so that the business users can understand and retain the content.
Expected Mix of Work:
25% Business / 50% Functional / 25% Management
