Responsibilities:
Sr. Business Analyst Consultant to assist in requirements, testing and implementation of enhancements geared toward improving and optimizing the functionality of e-commerce site.
He/she will gather, organize, document and manage solution requirements and assist in the development of test cases and scenarios to validate the functionality meet requirements.
He/she will also be responsible for delivering related project documentation including functional requirements, wireframes/storyboards, use cases, business cases, performance metrics, and user acceptance test plans.
Strong understanding of the web development life-cycle Working collaboratively and supportively with the UX team to define and document site and application functionality Documenting business processes and functional requirements using a variety of tools, including: annotated wireframes, use cases, functional requirements, process flow charts, and security/content management specifications
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Analyzing and documenting store inventory replenishment processes Facilitating retail store and inventory management business process and requirement gathering sessions Eliciting and documenting functional requirements that are testable and
