JD:

Design and Develop highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems & interfaces using J2EE and open source technologies - specifically Struts/JAVA/JSP/JSF/Spring/Ajax/JQuery/TagLibs and JDBC 
Analyze requirements and design workflows and database schemas
