looking for strong Java Development with exp in payments processing

Client is looking for Java development with exp in payments processing

 

Here are the salient requirements for the backfill position:

Skills:-

•           Must be onsite in Pleasanton full-time

•           Dev / Ops midlevel experience role – needs to be capable of Java development, along with Scripting but the position will not be doing pure development on a daily basis, there is a large component that is operational

•           Operational – research and troubleshoot production issues; works across other BHN platforms for planned and unplanned outages; analyzes data issues in non-prod & prod environments; assists in migration to next generation Issuing system

•           Must have payments industry experience, ideally at the transaction processing level

 

Good to Have:-

•           Supports BLISS Gift and possibly GPR Processing system which is based upon proprietary TxVIA development environment

•           Highly desirable if they previously worked at BHN and familiar with culture

•           Shares On-call responsibilities for high severity production issues

•           On an as needed basis, can step-in and perform QA testing job duties to augment staff during peak

•           Capable of writing clear and comprehensive Wiki documentation
