Skill1 - Performance Test Engineering (L3)

Experience in using Diagnostics tool to identify bottlenecks at various tiers of Application Proficient in any two Application Servers (for Java or .NET) and one Database Server on Performance nuances Proficient in Authoring Performance Test Reports

Skill2 - Application Testing (L3)

Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testingand should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.Should understand Test Plans, Requirement TraceabilityMatrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliabilityanalysis effectively with DFA tool.

Skill1 - Performance Test Engineering (L2)

Experience in authoring the library files for Performance Testing and improve reusability Experience in setting up the Performance Test Environment Good Experience in doing Test Estimation
