Job Description: Finance BA focusing FRAA and Treasury for IHC Contingency Plan
• Creation of a detailed gap analysis for IHC contingency planning
• Perform technical analysis, propose solutions and create process documentation
• Ensure accurate capture of the data requirements for new IHC mandated role(s) into a detailed gap analysis to be incorporated in the contingency plan sent to the Fed.
• Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure that deliverables comply with IHC regulations
• Develop functional change requests throughout the project lifecycle, as new requirements or requirement gaps are discovered
• Ensure that appropriate RBS policy and standards are adhered to by IT
• Originate and manage IT documentation (workshops, architectural diagrams) of current and proposed processes, focusing on IHC gaps
• Ensure that appropriate documentation and project protocols are followed
• These individuals are critical in completing the detailed IHC gap analyses for Financial Regulations and Forecasting in FP&A, FRAA and Treasury activities. The roles involve process documentation, gap analysis and technical writing. Documentation created by these roles will be submitted to the Fed as part of the implementation plan.
• There is an immediate need for IHC SME knowledge for the TA role as these are completely new functions not currently being performed in the region.
Rek-2 : Oracle EBS Programmer, IL.
The Program Manager will lead and manage a team of initially eleven (11) application support resources (including DBA, functional SMEs, functional/business analysts, etc.), focused primarily in supporting Oracle EBS R11i and other enterprise applications. (Note that the client may upgrade to R12 within the year and that team could grow as much as 17 members).
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Resolve support events within Service Level Agreement time frames.
- Assess and triage production issues.
- Escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Deliver defect-free enhancements and projects that are compliant with industry and application best practices.
- Using Computer Aid's metric based support methodology and tools, perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Foster a culture of constant professional improvement and growth.
Identify and elevate team leaders and empower team members to perform operational tasks with little guidance from CAI management, increasing management's availability for strategic planning and growth.
Position Requirements/Technical Skills:
- 4+ years experience in a leadership role for an application support program
- 4+ years experience working on IT projects across multiple phases of the SDLC
- Experience in managing a team deployed to support Oracle EBS R11i and R12 is highly desirable/preferred
- Proficiency with Oracle EBS R11i and R12 core modules is highly desirable/preferred
- Expert written and oral communicator
- Public sector experience is desirable or possesses the skills and temperament to deal with the various roles in a complex organization
- Must have a strong customer service orientation
- Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Must have excellent documentation skills and experience
- Revenue business experience is desirable
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, 2007 or 2010, including MS Visio and Project
