OSS/BSS Architect

Qualifications:

·         We need (ONE) an OSS/BSS architect (Sr. level person) with good experience in telecom, preferably Cable with all the key OSS/BSS systems (Billing, CRM, OM, Provisioning, Inventory Management, Rating Charging, with strong experience and understanding of Integration, API's  and BPM. 

·         Experience with the top billing systems such as ICOMS, CSG, Amdocs is important. 

·         Also, this candidate should have a good understanding of the TMForum Framework, which includes TAM, eTOM, iTIL, etc..what these are, and how they are used as industry standards to achieve data and process optimization and governance.

·         This person will collaborate with our SOA Governance Architect, as well as many other OSS/BSS stakeholders at client's place to evaluate and assess the client's OSS/BSS Roadmap, alignment with Business drivers, and technology etc..

·         5-8+ years of experience in developing and implementing business and technology strategies for telecommunications and entertainment service providers.

·         5-8+ years of experience in OSS, BSS application architecture and technology roadmap development.

·         Technical working knowledge and experience of IT, OSS and BSS technologies and applications: Customer Management, Fulfillment, Billing, Assurance, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Supply Chain Management, Integration.

·         Understanding of the Portfolio Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.

·         Knowledge of technology architecture development methodologies.

 

Preferred 

·         Experience with development of standards for the telecom, preferably Cable industry.

·         Strong ability in presentation slide deck development.
