• As a member of BI development team, this developer will design and develop star schemas and data warehouse structures, and test data analytics and reporting solutions.

• Develop and implement complex reports, dashboards and visualization to meet project requirements.

• Must be able to work independently and have the ability to gain understanding of requirements/data specifications and any data discrepancies from interaction with others.

• Assist in the system planning, scheduling and implementation

• Work in conjunction with other developers and collaborate on design, code, and issue resolutions

• Perform unit and integration testing

• Deliver development tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

• Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs.

• Must be able to work the production issues queue, provide full support to our business intelligence community

• Ability to work efficiently both in a team environment and alone and unsupervised.

• Possess strong Technical, Analytical and Problem-solving skills

• Be a positive, helpful teammate capable of communicating across a diverse workforce to ensure work transitions effectively without interruption or incident

 

Mandatory skills/experience required (i.e., customer service, communication, analytical, computer, etc.):

 

• Three to five years of experience in analytics production environments.

• Ideal candidate must have three to five years of experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse

• Must have current experience working with MS Analysis Services, Reporting Services, SQL Server

• Strong experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing design principles, industry best practices and analytical tools (Cognos, Hyperion, Analysis Services)

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills

• Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and different experience levels.
