Job Title: Sr Level UC Network Engineer

Duration: 6 months to a year

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Brief Job details:  

Our client is looking for a customer-facing UC Network Sr Engineer for Cisco Unified Contact Center product implementations and optimization services. The architect will support the Cisco family of Unified Contact Center products. 6+ month engagement with likelihood of extending.

Required Skills:

If you have experience architecting enterprise end-customer networks (not only internal networks) for the following products, you're encouraged to apply:

 

·         Unified Contact Center Enterprise/Host Editions (UCCE/UCCH)

·         Unified Contact Center ICM (UICM)

·         Unified Customer Voice Portal (UCVP)

·         Unified Interactive Voice Response (IP-IVR)

·         Cisco Unified Intelligent Center (CUIC)
