Required Performance Engineer/Tester in Chicago, IL

Location:                 Chicago, IL

Start Date:                ASAP 

End Date:                12/31/2014 (extensions up to 2-years)

Skills:

• SOLID HANDS-ON experience developing performance tests utilizing HPs LoadRunner/Performance Center
  
• Must understand the application and its environment
  
• Must have experience in reviewing non-functional requirements
  
• Must have experience analyzing performance requirements and prepare the test strategy
  
• Must be able to prepare the Performance test plan and effort estimate
  
• Must be able to formulate scripting standards and guidelines and perform script review
  
• Analyze output generated from Load and Performance tests and be able to provide guidance and explain technical points
  
• Recommend solutions and initiate testing changes proactively
  
• Plan, create, maintain and review Load and Performance tests using tools and strategies
  
• Identify  re-usable components and update the script library
  
• Coordinate with the stake holders and obtain required clarifications on performance requirements 
  
• Coordinate with the environment team in setting up the test environment 
  
• Serve as a SME when needed
  
• Analyze results of scripts execution 
  
• Report test results to team when needed
  
• Serve as a technical expert resolving critical and complex issues
