Load and Performance Engineer

LOCAL TO CHICAGO ONLY …., Performance Engineer

 

These are 2 BRAND NEW requests and manager will move quickly so please prep the candidate(s) you present, ensure that they will be able to respond quickly if selected.   Candidates that are local and available immediately will be considered first.  

Start Date:                ASAP
12+ months contract

F2f only

·         SOLID HANDS-ON experience developing performance tests utilizing HPs

·         loadRunner/Performance Center

·         Must understand the application and its environment

·         Must have experience in reviewing non-functional requirements

·         Must have experience analyzing performance requirements and prepare the test strategy

·         Must be able to prepare the Performance test plan and effort estimate

·         Must be able to formulate scripting standards and guidelines and perform script review

·         Analyze output generated from Load and Performance tests and be able to provide guidance and explain technical points

·         Recommend solutions and initiate testing changes proactively Plan, create, maintain and review

·         Load and Performance tests using tools and strategies

·         Identify  re-usable components and update the script library

·         Coordinate with the stake holders and obtain required clarifications on performance requirements

·         Coordinate with the environment team in setting up the test environment

·         Serve as a SME when needed

·         Analyze results of scripts execution

·         Serve as a technical expert resolving critical and complex issues
