Job Description:· 7-10 Years of experience in Healthcare as a BA
· Familiarity with technical aspects of systems implementations Desirable:
· Previous experience in technology services/solutions
· Knowledge of Asset Finance / Leasing product Essential Skills Required;
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to assess client needs - Ability to take a business issue and investigate to understand system root cause, Capable of identifying functionality gaps
· Ability to critically review functional specifications Key Responsibilities:
· Assessing client's requirements and identify gaps in functionality
· Overseeing and providing recommendations for data take-on, conversion and reconciliation
· Ensuring that the solution process satisfies the entire contract lifecycle. This will include all aspects of the clients business from origination through to contract management accounting, collection, asset management, termination
· Liaison with development/Testing team that may include specification, fact finding or answering of specific questions in order to satisfy market or client requirements
· Professional communication with all levels of the organization
