7+ years of experience
Development experience with the .NET platform
Deep knowledge of Microsoft products including: Visual Studio .NET, C# and/or VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services and BizTalk server

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
