a.       Functional and Technical implementation knowledge of MS Project Server / MS EPM

b.      Hands on experience in MS SharePoint 2007/2010/2013

Responsibilities
Participate in Estimation, Requirements Analysis, Design and Development for End to End MS EPM (Microsoft Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management)/ MS Project Server Implementation Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional) in order to come up with a comprehensive requirement document Perform high and Low level design , provides pseudo codes, Implements the prototypes and does design reviews in order to deliver design documents as per customer requirements Mentor the team in Technical Competencies and provides performance feedback of the individual team member to the Project Manager in order to manage performance Interface with the customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team's ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction Please Note: This description does not cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.

We are looking for MS EPM or MS Project Server professionals with the following skillsets: 1.       Must Have Skills/Certifications ·         Solid working experience in MS EPM V2007/2010 or 2013 covering Technical and functional modules ·         Ability to understand customer requirements and do effective feasibility analysis ·         Comprehensive understanding on Project and portfolio management life cycle and data model of MS EPM ·         Implementation experience in  Project management, Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Finance Management Time Management and Resource Management modules ·         Solid working experience in MS EPM components like Project Templates, Reporting, Security, and Workflows etc. ·         Experience/Knowledge of Integrating MS EPM with 3rd Party products ·         Hands-on experience on MS SharePoint 2007/2010 or 2013 ·         Domain: PPM and Best Practices ·         Operating Systems: Windows ·         DB – MS SQL Server   2.       Desired Skills/Certifications ·         Experience in implementing MS EPM as a product for customer needs and provide effective consultancy services ·         MS EPM Integration experience with 3rd party products ·         MS SharePoint hands-on experience
Qualification
Bachelor's/Master's degree
Experience Required ( In Years)
Overall experience of 8+ year in the IT industry with atleast 2+ years on MS SharePoint and 1+ years on MS EPM.
