Role: Systems admin with CA Service Assurance products Exp.

Location: Madison WI

Duration: 6+ months

Candidate should be an expert with CA Service Assurance products, specifically system administration, configuration and support.  Candidate should have a 

general understanding of JAVA based applications, web services, network and database concepts.  They should have general experience with the Windows, 

Unix/Linux operating environments and a strong understanding of infrastructure event management & monitoring as well as application performance 

management and networking concepts.   

Required Skills:

• Expert with CA Service Assurance products, specifically systems administration, configuration, and support

o CA Service Operation Insight:

• Perl scripting experience:

• Oracle Database – basic understanding to support vendor products:

• Ability to create/maintain/debug SQL:

• Windows and Unix/Linux operating system knowledge:

• General understanding of Java based applications, web services, network, and database concepts:

• General experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, and VMware operating environments:

• Strong understanding of infrastructure event management and monitoring, as well as application performance management:

• Team player:

• Ability to support a senior technologist:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities:
