Position Purpose:
Our client, a leading asset management firm is looking to implement various Salesforce Coding-based and AppExchange-based enhancements to their Salesforce org.
This will require a skilled Salesforce developer to accomplish the following.
Principal Responsibilities:
•Develop business logic and user experience capabilities on the Salesforce.com platform
•Understand business and technology needs, and propose / implement business solutions leveraging industry knowledge, AppExchange and other partner product knowledge
•Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and model strong Salesforce development habits for the team
•Share knowledge of implementation details and provide guidance to the team
•Collaborate with the team(s) to architect capabilities that align with the business capabilities roadmap
•Be willing to play any role on the delivery team as needed to support their high performing Agile delivery model
Job Requirements:
•Salesforce Developer Certification
•Minimum 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform (declarative and coding development, VisualForce and Apex classes)
•Extensive experience in implementing partner products from the AppExchange marketplace
•trong collaboration, communication and leadership skills
•Excellent organizational and documentation skills
•Strong work ethic, intuitive self-starter, strategic thinker
Other Plus Requirements:
•Agile Scrum experience on a delivery team of 3 or more
•Experience in financial services industry, preferably in Asset Management or Mutual Funds
•Experience in supporting a Sales organization
•Strong knowledge of the CRM/SFA space specifically customer and contact relationship management
