Location- Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long Term Contract  

 

Job Description:

·         The Service Now Architect with 10 + Years’ of total ITSM Experience and 6+ Years in Snow that extends into the Calgary (current) release of the platform. Will be responsible for providing technical leadership throughout the solution implementation cycle starting with selection of a configuration approach based on specific customer needs, articulating the approach to various audiences, and eventually validating that the solution delivery fits the business and technical requirements.

·         In addition, as a senior developer the Service Now Architect will also be responsible for configuring Snow product to support customer-specific requirements, breaking down those requirements into a set of calculations, modeling service contracts and integrating with other data systems.

·         As a member of the  Snow consulting team, the Snow Architect will be expected to be comfortable working directly with clients and to proactively build positive relationships with clients

·         Expert in the Service-Now product and fully leveraging product advantages in rapid implementation of solutions.

·         Experience in Designing the complex work flows for change management module with approvals and change task and incorporating the SLA’s

·         Defining and reusing best practices in integrating Service-Now product into customers’ operational environments

·         Experience with the SNow module which is used to create custom applications.

·         Custom development with SNow, not strictly out of the box.

·         Must be heavily experienced in JavaScript.

·         SN Content Management System (CMS) components.

·         Ensuring the technical quality of solution delivery.

·         In depth knowledge in  the other ITSM Products implementations & Design.
