Job Title: Business Solution Manager – Digital Publishing & Information Services
Location: New York, NY or CA
Duration: 6 months+
Job Description:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· A minimum 9+ years in management and technology consulting (or equivalent roles) with a respected firm required
· A minimum 9+ years in the Media & Entertainment industry with a deep understanding of the publishing and information services industry
· Experience in content and product strategy or development, content management or digital asset management solutions, digital customer experience, data strategy and governance, information network architectures
· Experience leading successful digital transformation programs within the publishing and information services industry (5+ years highly desired)
· Understanding of data aggregation, content management, business intelligence and other core information services functions
· Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities, including managing business development and account management teams to delivery
· Advanced ability to set proposal direction, problem solving approach and framework, including proposals, RFP support or SOW creation
· Ability to manage and build long-lasting client relationships at the C-Level
· Ability to forge relationships and alliances with Cognizant leaders, Partners and Account teams
· Previous experience managing the complete P&L for one or more clients (highly desired)
· Demonstrated experience successfully leading multiple project teams simultaneously
· Strong ability to develop strategies and thought leadership, consider multiple points of view and the impacts of strategic goals within the organization, infrastructure, teams, etc.
· Detailed understanding of business analysis frameworks and their application
· Strong initiative and self-motivated and a entrepreneurial spirit
· Experience working with off-shore development teams
