Position: BI Architect
Location: Torrance, CA
Duration: 12+ Months
Required:-
9-10 years of Business intelligence experience in architecting data warehouse solutions across reporting technologies like OBIEE and ETL technologies like Informatica.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the Business requirements gathering for business intelligence project
Responsible for creating BI solution architecture and design as per business requirements.
Manage BI Solution Architecture and overall data architecture
Create data model for enterprise data warehouse
Work with developers to design ETL and reports.
Maintenance and optimization of warehouse and mart databases by working in association with DBAs
Skills and Experience Desired:
12+ years of overall experience design & architecture of end to end BI projects
10+ years of proven data architecture experience across a minimum of three large-scale data warehouse projects.
Experience in various databases like DB2, Oracle
Knowledge of BI tools like OBIEE, Informatica etc.
Experience in data modeling tools like Erwin, PowerDesigner etc.
Experience in data modeling of conceptual, logical and physical models for a Warehouse/Mart environment. Understanding of relational and star schema models.
Experience automotive domain
Experience in analysis, design, development , deployment & documentation of BI solutions using Informatica / OBIEE
