Mandatory Requirements
Specialist - Experience in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Programmer.
Level: Mid level, 36 - 60 Months
Desired Requirements
1. Minimum of 48 months experience using ArcGIS Desktop 10.0 or higher.
2. Minimum of 12 months experience with map/cartographic production.
3. Minimum of 24 months experience in Python scripting for ESRI ArcGIS 10.0 or higher.
4. Minimum of 36 months experience working with ESRI ArcSDE geodatabases.
5. Minimum of 6 months experience working with GIS metadata in FGDC or other standardized format.
Position 2: GIS Programmer - ESRI, ArcGIS, .NET
Mandatory Requirements
Programmer - Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.
- Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work.
- Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions.
Level: Senior, 60 – 84 Months
Desired Requirements
1. Minimum 60 months experience programming for ESRI ArcGIS Desktop
2. Minimum 24 months experience programming for ArcGIS 10.0 or higher.
3. Minimum 24 months experience programming GIS using .NET technology.
4. Minimum 12 months experience in Python scripting for ESRI ArcGIS 10.0 or higher.
5. Minimum 12 months experience programming in/for an ESRI ArcSDE/Oracle environment.
6. Minimum 6 months experience programming in/for a Citrix environment
Position 3: GIS Business Analyst, ESRI, ArcGIS, Oracle, custom workflows, cartographic
Mandatory Requirements
Business Analyst - Manages small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Level: Mid level, 36 - 60 Months
Desired Requirements
1. Minimum 60 months experience in GIS-related business analysis.
2. Minimum 36 months experience designing ESRI ArcGIS Desktop custom workflows and tools, including at least 12 months using ArcGIS 10.0 or higher.
3. Minimum 12 months experience designing (semi-)automated map/cartographic production workflows and tools using ArcGIS.
4. Minimum 24 months experience designing ESRI ArcSDE geodatabases and workflows for multi-user editing, including at least 12 months in an Oracle environment.
5. Minimum 6 months experience working in a Citrix environment.
6. Minimum 12 months experience working in environmental conservation or related field.
7. Minimum 6 months experience working with GIS Metadata in FGDC or other standardized format.
