This resource is needed for a strategic initiative focused on defining the scope and charter for trading and pricing functionality for future state retirement planning services record keeper. 

 Skill Set: 
- Strong analytical skills required - Expert (5+ years) 
- Full life cycle implementation experience - Expert (5+ years)
- Requirements eliciation and translation into technical specifications - Expert (5+ years) 
- Software Test Planning and Execution - Expert (5+ years) 
- Process Modeling - Senior (3-5 years) 
- Expereince with Retirement Planning Services - Expert (5+ years) 
- Experience with investment trading and pricing systems - Expert (5+ years) 
- Experience with reconcilliation systems - Senior (3-5 years)
