This position requires 2+ years SharePoint experience and a comprehensive understanding of the SharePoint technologies, as well as extensive experience in system integration, performance monitoring, and securing and managing a SharePoint environment
.Experience with Windows Server 2008 R2, IIS7, SharePoint 2010 and SQL 2008.
.The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of patch management and change control practices
.Extensive experience with Active Directory
.Must possess a knowledge of performance tuning, storage, backup, high availability and disaster recovery
.Extensive support experience with IIS and .NET application architecture
.PowerShell and scripting languages is required
.Previous exposure to server virtualization technologies is a must
.Knowledge of HTML, Java, XML, JavaScript, VBScript and related technologies SOAP, and AJAX practices
.Extensive knowledge in J2EE and, Net application platforms
.Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
.Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact with customer and team members
.Ability to work in a team environment
.Project management skills
.Creative thinker with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and think outside of the box
