I'm currently looking for a QA Test Lead . I have listed the job description below for your review.please let me know if you have anyone available,

NOTE: Must be EAD,GC or Citizen

Job Title: QA Test Lead
Location: Des Moines, IA
Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:
7-9 years' IT experience
Extensive IT testing experience including both testing and test coordination
Comprehensive knowledge of testing tools, test automation capabilities, and testing metrics
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams.
Familiarity with various complex project management, process improvement, testing,  and system development methodologies and processes.
Proven formal and/or informal leadership of technical and non-technical projects/staff, including strong negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Proven skills in motivating and influencing others; ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization
Ability to think strategically and provide consultative advice to BTD and stakeholder leaders.
Highly effective interpersonal and group communication skills, including issue resolution and conflict management.
Demonstrated strong analytic abilities and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to act as a key change agent by taking industry best practice knowledge
Ability to support change management activities in a rapidly changing industry and technology.
Ability to travel as business and educational needs dictate.
