Role: WebSphere Business Integration (WBI)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: Must be 11 to 12 years
Description:
- Overall 11-15 yrs of experience with Minimum of 3 years experience in providing application support, preferably in the integration space.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a team lead (or equivalent) role.
- Have basic understanding of integration and SOA concepts.
- Solid experience managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact
- Familiarity with a formal software development methodology/ framework.
- Able to lead a team in the estimation, troubleshooting and fulfillment of integration incidents.
- Familiarity with XSD, XML, and web services
- Solid understanding of Change Governance processes
- Basic Project Management skills
- Very strong communications skills
- Able to lead a team and make decisions with minimal supervision
