Role: WebSphere Business Integration (WBI)

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 6 Months

Experience: Must be 11 to 12 years

Description:

• Overall 11-15 yrs of experience with Minimum of 3 years experience in providing application support, preferably in the integration space.
  
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a team lead (or equivalent) role.
  
• Have basic understanding of integration and SOA concepts.
  
• Solid experience managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact
  
• Familiarity with a formal software development methodology/ framework.
  
• Able to lead a team in the estimation, troubleshooting and fulfillment of integration incidents.
  
• Familiarity with XSD, XML, and web services
  
• Solid understanding of Change Governance processes
  
• Basic Project Management skills
  
• Very strong communications skills
  
• Able to lead a team and make decisions with minimal supervision
