Remedy production support Role in Atlanta,GA
He is currently in a production support role for OM1A component and has been front-ending. Given below is a job description of the profile we are looking for.
Job Description:
1. Hands-on experience in OSM 7, Remedy Change Management tool
2. Experience in production support role preferred
3. Java/J2EE design, development skills required
4. Ability to technically lead a group of 10-12 team members
5. Experience in working as an onsite coordinator for the afore-mentioned group
6. Excellent communication skills as this will be a customer front-ending role
7. Expected to monitor and track things and take it to closure.
8. Expected to act as the bridge between customer and offshore team
9. Metasolv experience MUST
