Rate- $42-43/Hr.
Competencies:
· Designs, Participate in testing: Worked previously with end users / business to complete UAT
· Document: Ability to translate complex customer requirements into requirements documents
· People Development: Ability to show oneself as a leader and assist in transferring knowledge to team
· Performs support tasks for project execution: Prior experience reporting on status, identifying issues
· Estimate task-related efforts: Be capable of identifying how long a task will take as the owner of that task
· Report on task progress: Capable of truly reporting the status of a task.
· Analytical/ Conceptual Thinking : Ability to identify problems, make connections between concepts, and provide solutions
· Flexibility: Ability to work within a role, within a team, within a time table without pushback
· Active Listening: Capable of interpreting a client and their needs by listening to them
Functions:
· Focus on Results: Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success. Must be capable of identifying issues, escalating issues to Seniors, and effectively driving owned tasks to successful completion
· Focus on Quality: Must be capable of producing quality documentation for the client with little to no review
· Customer Orientation: Should understand the client/consultant relationship - preferably from previous experience with a big 4 consulting firm
· Time Management: Must be able to manage time to complete both everis and project work as well as have an understanding that projects can sometimes take more then the average days hours to complete
· Team work: Ability to work with a diverse group of people from different cultures in hard situations - while still being a team player. Ability to work in a senior role as a leader to Associates.
· Communication: Must be capable of effectively communicating in English, be able to answer questions quickly and with some analytical thought behind answers. Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
· Document and monitor proper documentation processes in the team: Ensure all documentation is done per the required methodology.
· Estimate & track own and team efforts: Ability to monitor teams progress and provide status reporting up to senior manager.
Knowledge:
· Knowledge in Commercial Banking or Retail Banking a plus
· Knowledge of Project Management and experience leading tasks/teams
· Knowledge of Software and Project Life Cycle
· Expert Knowledge of PM tools such as Microsoft excel, power point and word
· Previous experience handling Change Management between business users and IT preferred
