Desired Skills:

 

HRA 1813 Must have application development and support experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1. Expertise with development and configuration of PS Application Designer technologies such as, but not limited to Integration Broker, Application Workflow Engines, Application Packages, PeopleCode, SQR, tracing, debugging, Business Intelligence Publisher, etc.. Must have excellent analytical skills to support production application issues. Expertise with developing/supporting solutions for Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Gateway, Manager Self Service, ePerformance, HR and Payroll for North America is required. Candidates should be exceptionally knowledgeable about configuring PS Candidate Gateway items such as Verity Search, web job posting pages, integration with webservers and PSHCM Talent Acquisition Manager and HR modules. Excellent documentation, communication, collaboration and analytical skills required

 

Detailed JD:

 

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
