Position: Lead BPM Developer / BPM Integration Developer
Location: NY, NJ, MA
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Job Description:
Role – Lead BPM Developer
1. Main Responsibilities
a. Estimates work (tasks) to deliver user stories Implements process flows, services, business logic, and user interfaces (coaches) Builds KPIs, SLAs, and scoreboards
b. Implements organization model and task routing policies.
2. Skills and Expertise
a. Processes development and changes leadership experience
b. Web development skills (JavaScript, JSP, SQL, logic flows, User Interface development, HTML, Ajax, and so on)
c. Expert in features of BPMS in the context of process applications and solutions
d. Expert in best practice recommendations and design patterns in process applications
e. Experience with implementation process design
f. Knowledge in agile project management
g. IBM BPM Tool experience v7.5 or higher
h. Familiar with IBM BPM Implementation Methodology
i. IBM BPM Developer (in addition to the above)
i. IBM BPM Developer Certification – desired
ii. Has done 1-2 projects (Developer)
iii. Has done 2-3 project in a lead Developer capacity (Lead Developer)
