Responsibilities
The individual filling this position will:
• Analyze business and architectural requirements, and enterprise-level designs and extract application-specific requirements.
• Confer with business analysts involved in documenting business requirements to analyze and understand current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific requirements for offers.
• Provide detailed descriptions of new or modified application functionality to meet the user's needs described in the business requirements.
• Act as the functional SME for the application.
• Provide informed guidance to the Enterprise Design team regarding the capabilities of the Offers Applications.
• Review system capabilities, workflows, and limitations to determine if requested change is possible within the existing offers frameworks.
• Plan and prepare technical specifications and other instructional artifacts as documentation for program development
• Create estimates of effort and cost for specific offers-related development efforts
• May also direct and coordinate work of other analysts as required
Qualifications
The applicant must have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative group setting.
• A proven track record of technical writing.
• The ability to analyze business requirements and decompose them into changes for the application components.
• The ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Process Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7+ years working as an analyst or developer
• Experience with offer configuration and software preferred
• Prior experience in the entertainment or telecommunications industries beneficial
