Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	6+ Yrs
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Oracle PL SQL & Unix/ Oracle HR, CWB, Advance Benefit, Payroll
Experience Required		6+ Yrs
Roles & Responsibilities	:	·         Ability to resolve Incidents/Problems ·         Ability to understand the project requirement and develop design document,Testcase ·         Experience in complex Oracle application in a RDBMS environment. ·         Strong knowledge in writing Oracle stored procedures, Packages and Functions. ·         Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs ·         Detailed understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures ·         Strong Analysis and Design skills required. ·         Demonstrated experience using debugging tools, processes, and techniques
Generic Managerial Skills	:	·         Strong ability to influence and provide process and technical/functional direction ·         Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills ·         IT and the business functional areas ·         Must be able to co-ordinate with offshore team ·         Knowledge in ITIL process
Duration	:	12+ months
