Job-Description for US staffing:
1. Good knowledge of Recruitments techniques- Sourcing CV, Screening a profile, Salary Negotiation and Follow up.
2. Should have atleast 1 year experience on W2 or Corp to Corp would also suffice.
3. Should have experience of IT Recruitments with good knowledge of creating Boolean Search Strings.
4. Knowledge of Active and Passive Hiring Techniques- usage of Job sites, Head Hunting, Referrals and Social Networking sites.
5. Worked on Corp to Corp, Contract to Hire, 1099 & W-2 basis.
6. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
