Role: DataStage Designer/Developer

Location: Kansas City

Duration: 6 months

 

There are four (4) positions available!

Responsibilities:

• Develops and codes detailed design based on High Level Design specification, architecture, and environment guidelines.

• Code maps, unit test, correct defects.

• Prefer 5 years of experience, version 8.7 being used at client

• Source – to – Target (Enterprise Logical Data Model) data mappings

• Review and updates to the ETL High Level Design (iterative)

• Revisions and additions to source-to-target data mappings (iterative)

• Creation and documentation of the ETL Detailed Design (iterative)

• Support and leadership for construction and test of incremental data movement code (extract, cleanse, validate, transform, and load) (iterative)

• Support and leadership for construction and test of data conversion data movement code (extract, transform, and load)

• Creation, documentation, and implementation of ETL Job Control (automation) (iterative) – partner with Business Intelligence Designer for integration

• Partner with the Business Intelligence Designer to develop the integrated Run Manual

• Support for design and development of End User training and materials
