Role: Oracle Apps - Oracle Incentive Compensation Functional Consultant

Location: Plano, TX, US

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:

Experience in providing re-implementation functional solution approach to Oracle eBS - Oracle Incentive Compensation

Responsibilities include:
- Providing functional solution
- Requirement Gathering & Mapping the requirements
- Providing Data Conversion / Migration
- Managing SRs with Oracle independently
- Ownership functional solution implementation
- Understanding AS-IS and TO-BE processes, providing solution in standards OIC module
- Should be familiar with Oracle APPS architecture & having good Technical understanding
- Oracle Database table mapping
- Knowledge of Oracle APIs / Interface tables / Flat files
- Create configuration docs
- Owning and resolving functional and setup issues as per the specific requirement
- Project Management & Client communication and coordination
- Onsite / Offshore coordination

 

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills

 

- Considerable knowledge in PL/SQL
- Proficient in setups and configurations in the above areas
- Knowledge of Application Express / OA Frameworks is desirable
- Sound knowledge in Application architecture, Integration methods and Reports
- Experience with Oracle standard methodology in AS-IS process analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design and testing
- Ability to write and review documents as per AIM documentation standards.
- Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design, and modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
