Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Locations: New York City, NY/Dallas, TX
Qualifications:
Description:
Force.com Business Analyst will work with all parts of the organization to deliver and support technology enabled business solutions in support of key customer functions worldwide.
Identify inefficiencies and/or required controls, document procedures, track key performance indicators
Participate in developing new products and programs, lead process design/redesign activities, and identify Change Management impacts
Prepare test scenarios, cases, and schedules; Document and manage functional requirements
Requirements:
Salesforce knowledge as there will be an expectation of hands on troubleshooting, reporting & functional expertise required
Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data
Knowledge of Force.com, LEX, Salesforce release administration & management, Wave and integrated solutions essential.
