Job description :

·         10+ years of experience in Manufacturing domain.

·         Acts as a key facilitator between the customer, stakeholders and the solution team.

·         Responsible for identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems and prioritize the requirements

·         Responsible for requirements extraction and documentation: Elicits and analyzes business needs and requirements, and may research business-related issues, information and industry requirements for proposed new business products or processes.

·         Models and redesigns processes, workflows and roles in support of business change, and then translates process, high level business requirements and workflow requirements into functional specifications, application and operational requirements, etc.

·         Able to conceptualize the technical solution for the problem

·         Drive technology solution, design, recommend Build/Buy solution

·         Evaluates the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.

·         Identifies the use cases and transforms them into logical and technical views.

·         Develops and maintains information and documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.

·         Creates a gap analysis checklist or matrix that may be used to display the interactions among the requirements, data entities, and the processes.

·         Works with : o Project Manager to define the Work Break-Down Structure (WBS), high level project plan o Test Manager to define Testing Strategy and Test Management Plan o Sales/Pre-sales team to support RFP/Proposals on domain side and come up with a business solution for prospective lead/customer. o During go-live, assists the technical staff by testing the behaviour of the system. o Provides training sessions for technical team and end-users regarding the functional knowledge.

·         Capable of wearing a Project Manager hat when needed
