. Knowledge of B2B/EDI standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT 3. Strong knowhow of: a. TIBCO Busines Works b. TIBCO Business Connect c. EMS d. Hawk Rules 4. TIBCO Admin experinece with mulitple interfaces like SAP, Mainframe etc. 5. Hands on experience in: a. User security b. Alert monitoring/resolution, c. Availability management, d. Application health monitroing e. Break/fix for tool issues, f. Interface with vendors, Hot fixes/patches 6. Ability to guide team through complex technical and process issues and ready to groom resouces. 7. Ability to engage with customer in consultative mode to suggest new solutions and plan implementation through to implementation/execution. 8. Excellent communication skills and customer/end user interaction experience. 9. Support experience (Incident and problem management)
