JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Job Title	Oracle Applications Hyperion Planning  techno Functional consultant
Relevant Experience (Yrs.)	5+ Oracle Hyperion Planning
Technical/Functional Skills and Roles and Responsibilities	: ·         Strong knowledge/experience with Hyperion Planning, FDM and ODI ·          Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM v11 with a focus on Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions ·         Writing Essbase Calculation Scripts, Hyperion Planning Business Rules using Calc Manager ·         Maintain and enhance current Planning/Essbase automated batch processes ·         Identify and resolve technical defects and issues with Hyperion Planning application, including escalation of issues to Oracle Support ·         Develop and maintain Hyperion Financial Reports using the Reporting Studio as well as Smartview Reports ·         Review the Data loading through ODI and coordination ·         Evaluate logical views, data hierarchies and reporting structures. ·         Understand business processes, how the application supports business processes and applies knowledge to best solve problems. ·         Develop functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing ·         Defining Outcome Metrics, Drivers, Dimensions, and Planning lines ·         Developing a Driver-based planning process design for Finance and Operations Plan Model ·         Automation of Actuals load into Hyperion Planning ·         Scenario Modeling ·         Reduction in Planning Cycle Time ·         Delivery of a configured Hyperion Planning application for the collation of financial plan ·         Develop and implement a series of web based data entry forms to enable direct input of monthly financial data for planning, assessment and forecasting solution ·         Develop and implement an integrated reporting solution to deliver monthly consolidated management reporting
