Description: Client is seeking a Junior SharePoint Developer in Austin, TX for a contract position. The person will be responsible for providing technical expertise to develop, support, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain customer's SharePoint/O365 environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and manage content, customizations, forms, and customer workflow in SharePoint 2010/2013/O365
• Develop custom SharePoint web applications using Designer, InfoPath, and other tools
• Create collaborative portals between user groups and sites
• Leading SharePoint upgrades and migrations
• Develop custom lists, sites, and document libraries (understanding of taxonomy and SharePoint Best Practices)
• Develop various automated forms, specialized Web Parts, and process workflows
• Follow SharePoint O365/2013 Best Practices

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience with SharePoint
• Experience in K2 Appit
• 3 years of Client-Side Scripting: JavaScript
• 1 year of REST and/or SOA

• SharePoint connecting to different data sources and 3rd party applications

• Hands on experience on SharePoint Designer 2013
• Hands on experience on Visual Studio for SharePoint

• Experience on PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge and experience on native and custom workflows
• Knowledge on content types
• Knowledge on taxonomy
• Knowledge and experience on custom permissions
• Understanding of the SharePoint object model and API's
