Job Description
ü Act as First point of contact for company for any support requests
ü Provide Suggestions for system enhancements
ü Coding and Testing
ü Establish ECM development related processes
ü Ensure overall quality of deliverables and on time delivery
ü Monitor performance against project baseline.
ü Maintain project documentation in a central repository.
ü Provide support to quality audits.
ü Assign Support Requests & ensure Timely resolution of the requests
ü Resolve L2 and L3 Support Requests
ü Interact with Company IT contact point for any clarifications
ü Interact with other group owners, Vendor & users, if required
ü Ensure metrics collection and reporting
ü Establish ECM Support related processes
ü Support scheduled maintenance plans
