Location: Quincy, MA (onsite at Arbella)

Important Skills

Technical – Data Analyst experience working with large and complex data-sets; plus - Workday    

Soft – experienced with managing clients; strong communication; light requirements gathering; polished

 

Interview Process: Phone Screen

 

Job Description/Day to Day

-       Manage/coordinate business requirements, process definitions, data analysis, and data manipulation/preparation.

 

-       Oversight of QA/testing.

 

-       Prepare and enter all manual data into Workday.

 

-       Define/manage and run all Workday data interfaces/imports, prepare testing and data validation procedures.

 

-       Review and validate data.

 

-       Coordinate testing with users.
